I hear the term "autobiography" to be an indicator of the author's unimportance in the world. I would think that if you were worth having a biography, there would be someone interested in writing it for you. In short, if you have an autobiography out, I would consider you conceited and most likely out to get trees for all they are worth. With the advent of e-publishing, you are mucking up the waters. Wait until your dead before you start talking about yourself. With that said, personal blogs like this one are an elementary form of an autobiography, however, I am not making you pay to see my babbles, you are choosing to view this.
I am really just posting this because I don't know of any other method of posting my profile picture on this platform to-date. I know, the title is misleading, but that is why I have an about page: www.torrancemiller.com/about.aspx check it out if you are truly that interested in learning who I am.
Cheers and such,

OK, I understand all of you over-thinkers who think that we can conjugate this to "statuses" and call it a day. But, I am reminded of how I used to be criticized for calling multiple cactus plants "cactuses". And, I am sure when they were writing the book on our language they were thinking: "Shit, 'Cactuses' sounds mildly retarded". And I conclude the same of the plural form of status.
History is made up by the people who are left alive, also, by the force of the collective mind. How does one influence the collective mind? Repetition and agreement. It is irrelevant what the plural form should be according to English language standards. Our standard for our language have been overshadowed by popular influence for centuries, why stop now? With all the mindless exceptions in the English vocabulary, I venture we add yet another. "Stati"
Campaign for "Stati": I want people to start using the plural form with utter confidence, as I shall whenever the opportunity arises. Once you start using this form, others will think it is cool and do it too. This is how thinks like JK and LOL spread like gonorrhea in an old-school Roman orgy-fest.
Stand up for Stati, and let's see it as the plural conjugation of Status in the Oxford dictionary within the next five years.
May all of your days be beautiful,

I have finally figured out how to get this thing running... it involved switching my GoDaddy Hosting account for torrancemiller.com to IIS7... then, almost instantly, bam! the site magically started working.
I got bored today attempting to study for my Managerial Accounting exam tomorrow so I decided to get a blog working on my domain. Which I've owned and toyed with for several years now, but have yet to do anything with.
I am using BlogEngine.net because I'm not too savvy with .php-based MIT garbage, I prefer Microsoft's rich C# language having seen, and even studied to a degree, multiple computer languages.
Anyway, I thought, after 3 hours of searching Google and such for the solution to this issue, that i would make my initial post here.
I am Torrance Robert Miller. Most people call me what they feel like calling me. And most often they feel like calling me the following:
- T
- T-Mill
- T-Mills
- T-Millz
- T-Miller
- T-Faced Killa
- T-Bob
- Tor
- Tor-Bob
- Torrance
- Torry
- Terrance (...and fuck you too)
- There may be others, try out the nifty comment feature on my site to let me know

Which do I prefer?
Depends on the situation. If you use the wrong verson for the situation at hand I may make a visible grimmace, I may get pissed. Use your judgement.
I better hurry up and post this so I can get to changing the title of the site itself.
May you live in peace,
-Torrance Miller
